Donation

NCEF is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization (Federal tax payer ID: 51-0424140). Donations to NCEF qualify as tax deductible. You will receive a receipt for tax purposes.
You can donate to NCEF using Check or Credit Card. If you have questions about donations, please feel free to send an email to hesky@nepalchildren.org


NCEF is a project run entirely by volunteers. NCEF has no salaries, compensations, or office expenses.

The following are suggested levels of contribution:

(It only takes US$ 100 to put a child through one year of school.)

Credit Card Donations

Donating by credit card is safe and easy. Just enter the amount you would like to donate in the field below and click on one of the two donate buttons. We offer the option of donating with either Google Checkout or Paypal. If you don't care which one you use then we prefer Google Checkout.

As soon as you make your donation, you will receive email confirmation from Google or PayPal. Your donation reaches us immediately.We will then mail you a written confirmation and receipt for your records.

All checks must be drawn on a US bank. Please make checks payable to Nepalese Children's Education Fund (or NCEF) and mail them to the following address:

We would like to list your name on our website as a donor. If you would rather not be listed and remain anonymous, please include a small note with your donation letting us know that you would rather your name not be listed.

Regular donations are directed entirely towards tuition and school-related expenses such as books and uniforms. However, we acknowledge the importance of exposing young minds to a variety of educational experiences and adventures. If you'd like to donate money earmarked for such an outing, we'd be more than happy to have our volunteers arrange and chaperone the event. In July 2002, we were able to organize an outing to a zoo for eight students and their families with only $18. Read more about this event. If you are interested in sponsoring an event like this, please let us know.
